What is your return policy?

AURA’s Return Policy

At AURA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your furniture purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer the following return policy:

Return Window

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Return Conditions

  • The item must be in its original condition – unused, unassembled (if applicable), and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Damaged or defective items will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or defective item.

Return Process

  1. Contact us: Call us at (+1) 555 1212 or email us at info@aura.com to initiate a return. Please have your order number ready.
  2. Pack the item securely: Repackage the item in its original packaging, ensuring it is well-protected for shipping.
  3. Return shipping: We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. You are responsible for arranging the return shipment with the carrier.
  4. Inspection: Once the returned item is received, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.

Refunds and Store Credit

  • Approved returns: Once your return is approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method, minus the original delivery fee (if applicable).
  • Returns with minor damage: In some cases, we may accept returns with minor damage and issue a partial refund or store credit.
  • Non-returnable items: The following items are generally non-returnable:
    • Clearance or final sale items
    • Custom or special orders
    • Items that have been assembled or used

Important Notes

  • Return shipping fees: The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Do you offer warranties on your furniture?

AURA Furniture Warranty

At AURA, we stand behind the quality of our furniture. To give you peace of mind and assurance in your purchase, we offer the following warranty:

Warranty Coverage

  • Frames: Lifetime warranty on all sofa and chair frames against defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Upholstery: 5-year warranty on fabric and leather upholstery against seam slippage, fraying, and fading under normal use.
  • Mechanisms: 3-year warranty on all mechanisms (e.g., reclining mechanisms, sleeper sofa mechanisms) against defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Lamps: 1-year warranty on lamp bases and electrical components.
  • Décor and Vases: Due to the nature of these items, décor and vases are not covered under warranty, except for manufacturing defects.

What is Covered

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. This includes:

  • Frames: Structural damage, such as cracks, breaks, or warping.
  • Upholstery: Seam separation, fabric tears, excessive fading or discoloration.
  • Mechanisms: Malfunctioning mechanisms that hinder proper operation.
  • Lamps: Electrical malfunctions, faulty wiring, or broken switches.

What is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear: Expected wear and tear from regular use, including minor scratches, fading due to direct sunlight, or pilling on fabric.
  • Accidental damage: Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or improper care.
  • Commercial use: Furniture used in commercial settings is not covered under this warranty.
  • Modifications: Any modifications made to the furniture will void the warranty.

Making a Warranty Claim

If you believe your furniture has a defect covered by our warranty, please contact us at (+1) 555 1212 or info@aura.com. Please provide your order number and photos or videos of the issue.

We will assess your claim and, if approved, we will either repair or replace the defective item at no cost to you. In some cases, we may offer a partial refund or store credit.
