Q: Do you assemble the furniture upon delivery?

A: Assembly is available for an additional fee. You can choose this option at checkout.

Q: Are the colors of the products accurate to the photos online?

A: We try to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to screen settings and lighting, there may be slight variations.

Q: Are your materials sustainably sourced?

A: We prioritize sustainability and partner with suppliers who meet eco-friendly standards whenever possible.

Q: Can I customize the color or size of my furniture?

A: Absolutely. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging.

Q: Can I apply multiple discount codes to a single order?

Warranties

All of our furniture comes with a 1-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This includes:

  • Broken frames.
  • Structural issues.
  • Malfunctioning hardware (e.g., drawers, hinges).

What’s not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage from misuse or accidents.
  • Stains or discoloration from improper cleaning.

If you believe you have a warranty issue, please contact us with your order number and photos of the item in question. We’ll take care of it!
